The Ewe Planner is a spreadsheet-based tool used to make five-year annual projections for a new or existing ewe-lamb operation from the Saskatchewan Sheep Development Board and the Government of Saskatchewan.

The Flock SnapShot is also a spreadsheet based program where actual costs and production numbers can be used to determine the financial performance of the sheep operation.  This was developed by Alberta Lamb Producers and updated in 2025.
